Actually I already finish my 20 days internship with the Department of
Environment and Conservation (DEC), and now I am one volunteer to help the
department during the Royal Show. It is my first day today, although I just stay
for 4 hours, but I got a lot of challenge and so much fun! To be start, I’ll
tell you more details of our WA Naturally Publications and the show. Here are
our process and basic products.

Basically the show goers could fill up a
short survey about their thought and advices about our WA Naturally
Publications, also their contact details; after fill in those few simple
questions, those forms will go in the draw to win a set of 10 Bush books of
their choice, which valued at $69.95.

Those show bags are the most valuable products especially for the show that
they’ve got totally different books inside and provide three choices for the

That’s
most of my memory of the information, I met so much more show goers this
afternoon and I realized that there are so many people caring about the land of
Western Australia, even they have know lots of knowledge of precious species in
WA；
Also they are willing to pay attention to the conservation activities
and information events. That’s definitely one essential reason about why the naturally
environment in WA is better than the other city in Perth (my personally view). I
feel like communication is crucial for not just public relations, even
marketing and all the other field of business. After today’s show, I’m looking
forward to being there again on next Tuesday!
