hi all, this week i will arrange for comming up event for Ramadhan buffet Iftar at shah alam. Duration from 20 August until 9September 2010, buffet starting RM30 per person. Include meal, entertainment. i learn that the comitment required to achieve events succesfully is considerable can only be gained through a clear unity of pupose for evryone to envolve. Promotion Ramadhan buffet Iftar for all people to come. At the same time, we make a charity programme where by we invite orphan people to come and give them entertaiment.

i understand that every event needs a personnel, at major manifestation there may be a quite a complex organisation structure of comitted involving many personnel. effective leadership organization and hard work is paramount whatever the number of organizers. an event organizer is a key figure who combines the following roles.
* administrator
* palanner
* information coordinator
* presentation specialist
* managment consulth
* personality
* humorist
* Powerhouse
* decision maker
* people person
* saint
and there are many people to considered ush as audience members and funraisers:
*watchers
*attendance
* participant
* sponsor
* political suppoters.
with out audience or client for the promotion the effort of the organizatation are waste, if there any a clear identified target audience then there should be no event.
i still work hard for carnival Ramadhan buffet, we need to find more supplier and deal quatation for this big events.
