I was assigned the task to consolidate the employee relations in the company. I have thus designed a series of activities one of which being organizing birthdays of the employees. Friday was the birthday of Sweetie Ramlagun. Since the previous week, I have started organizing with the help of other employees. We have brainstormed together to know how much money we would contribute, who to invite, which cake to buy, etc... Everyone participated and it was really fun because we knew things about people that we did not know before. This experience has not completely tighten the employees relations but at least it has helped even for 1 week to have a very solid relations among us.
