First Day of Internship

I did my Internship in Nyangabgwe Hospital.

My first day of internship was exciting even though i did not know what was required of me by the organisation i worked for.

First thing first, I was given a tour of the facilities by my PR supervisor. H e introduced me to the environment and to his colleagues. This in a way gave me a sense of relief because i felt welcomed in the organisation family.

After the whole tour and introduction, we sat down and he gave me the foundation of what a PR Office does in the organisation. He gave me an insight on how he describes Public Relations and i give him my own definition of Public Relations. On the first day we sort of learned the basics of Public Relations from one another.

Well, after we had talked it was now time for me to get used to my environment. The first day i actually did nothing, i just sat there, took a few calls and recorded what needed to be recorded.
