Today I am going to discuss Employee relations at Ministry of Minerals Energy and Water Resources
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
It is a company's interest to keep is staff happy, loyal and safe.Keeping them informed,communicating with them, consulting with them and developing relationships with them are some of the ways that show the organisation respects them not just as "workers" but as thinking individuals.
At MMWER there are regular meetings with management that keeps the staff informed about any changes in the company.As we were holding events more often, the management informs the staff accordingly, in that way when the staff understands the big picture as outlined by the company's vision and mission they are likely to support the organisations goals.To maintain the happiness of its staff, MMWER offers numerous remuneration packages to its workers, packages like free scholarship to do any short courses of their choice but related t their work. Annual staff awards was one of the things that MMWER staff we enjoying.

hi.a working environment you just described i believe is most essential and beneficial to both the staff members and the people they are servicing. and also such an environment tends to have high productivity rates as the workers enjoy what they do.

hey..it looks like u achieved more in your internship as u speak highly of the organisation. i should think i agree with you, employees are just as important to an organisation as its external key publics. When employees are happy the productivity levels go up and that means more mullar for the org.
Anyway good luck with your report..hard work does not break bones.
I agree employees need to be fulfilled and secure at their job and its nice to know that MMWER takes that into consideration. I personally would not work at an organization that doesn't care about its employees.
A lot of companies focus on profit making and do not care about the welfare about its employees. It is when employees have positive connection with the company, will they be positive advocates which results in positive word of mouth generation. Nothing is more credible about knowing the company than hearing from the employees sharing their own views of the company. Caring for employees is crucial. At different hierarchy levels of employees, they have different wants, satisfaction and motivation. The management has to tailor make to different levels.
With such a working environment, I believe there is good results and the end of the year for every activity undertaken undertaken.
Good employee relations is pivotal to the organization's overall performance. Your organization did well, in encouraging employees to give their utmost best.
Incentives and rewards are part of strengthening such an already strong team of PR.
