Friendly atmosphere at work
Every task become easier if the atmosphere is appropriate to work in and that was the case at Blast Communications. From 8.30 to 5.00 PM i have been working in a company where the employees are friendly and helpful. I remember that i encountered some problems to fit in at the beginning of the internship. I was feeling quite lost in the company as it was all new to me!
Somehow, my colleagues tried to help me and make me feel at ease and i appreciated their way of behaving towards the newcomers. There was someone else doing her internship as well and both of us integrated the group quite easily after a few days.

I agree with you that a person does takes time to adjust with the working environment in a company or firm and I can assure it is normal. This even happened with me. Even I did a few mistakes while doing my internship at Sedeco Ltee and fortunately like in your case, there was another girl, who was an intern as well helped me to understand 'the way it works'. I originally said to start at 9.00 to end at around 17.00 but then I managed to arrive half an hour early and hence could leave earlier. I am pleased to see that you have had the support of the staff and colleagues who helped you to adjust to the working culture. Hope you have a great time and learn a lot of things.
