"In end of the road means the beginning of something greater."

What a ride!

Making time to squeeze in time for a photo to be taken on a busy day.
There is only one word I would use to describe this journey. Remarkable.

I am struggling with myself on how to end this the shortest and the most simple way possible in this blog. But I suppose it is not quite possible cause that way, I wouldn't really be sharing what I really have experienced. But one thing that really impresses me was the corporate culture they practice. I realize then the importance of practicing a culture that resembles your organization to be able to stand out at the end of the day.

Sending off one of the tourist who had a long stay in the resort.

Shangri-La is known for their warm hospitality

One of the corporate culture the resort practices is welcoming their guest and sending off their guest by performing welcoming and sending them off with a song. All the staff who are involved that day would make two lines, and together with their colleagues, sing and clap along to a song written by their own. It is in no doubt they are the award wining hotel of the "Best Family hotel" award as their actions truly reflects on the standard of the service of the resort.

...and now the FUN part...

During one of the promotional activity, i was able to be a part of all the water sports the resort provides. That day, it didn't feel like i was working at all but then, i was. That day, the task for me and my colleagues are to be filmed while taking part in all the water sports. We were also filming the view of the resort from up above the parachute. It was an amazing experience.

Checkout my ride boys and girls.
One of those lucky shots!

When this was taken, my task that day was take a stroll around the resort to take photos of the activities around the resort for social media updates. I have learnt very quickly how important a timing was in capturing a beautiful photo. It is also very important for a photo to be good to catch the attention of the viewers.
The Communications Team
that's a wrap! Till next time ;)
