One of my more challenging tasks during my internship stint was managing the International Division blog. I know it sounds easy and straightforward, however I had more than just one blog to manage. Being the organizing chair of the Borneo Youth Leadership Conference, I decided to beef up the marketing of the conference by starting up a BYLC blog as well, and I had my own personal blog to update as well, thus bringing the total number of blogs for me to manage to 3! Again if you are thinking that's easy, it is not!
Now I understand just how authors or columnists feel when there are deadlines and you have to churn out content regardless if you are inspired or not. "Inspiration is for amateurs," said Chuck Close, I get what he means now. As a student I was ignorant of the reality of work life, you envision a life where your ideas and inspiration are always the key drivers of your career, that is often not the case. Here are the blogs I managed:
The take away from this is the amount of practice I have been able to go through in blogging. Its safe to say that I am a little closer to perfecting the technique of producing good content when it is required. Despite that, once this internship is over, I am taking a short break from blogging!

Hi Vinodh!
I share your pain when it comes to finding yourself with some serious writers block. Although I didn’t have quite as many blogs to update, finding content for just one blog was at times challenging enough.
I was lucky to be working in a consultancy that has a very open plan office. The boss also encouraged the consultants to discuss projects and work amongst one another to generate some creative ideas. I found this particularly helpful when finding content to update a blog. When faced with writers block, I would simply ask someone if they had any ideas (chances are someone’s going to have a good idea, or get you started on one).
So I guess my advice is, don’t be afraid to ask others around you if they can suggest any topics to talk about, or if they can offer you with any feedback on your ideas. One thing I have learned is that people are always happy to help you.
The very best of luck!
