Final group photo with the officer and my supervisor
Me during the presentation
During my final day of internship, 23/10/2015 I was asked to do a final Emcee for a talk on Children's Right. As usual, I was very nervous but I overcome it by calming myself down and telling myself that it is going to be all good. However, this time around I got a full house of people and it was more than the other event I emcee for. Roughly it was about 210 people attending the talk and I enjoyed becoming the emcee for the last time during my last day of internship.

Finally, on my last blog post, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staffs at Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, Miri and my supervisor on treating me very well and letting me to learn and go through all the experiences that I never ever been before. I hope in future I can learn more things on Public Relations and go deeper in understanding more in the working life.

Wow, seems as though you really got a lot out of your internship and its great that they allowed you to present a presentation to the team on what you had learnt! Well done
Hello the Karen,
Glad to see you're having a blast and congratulations on finishing your internship.
At least you get something out of this and the experience is priceless

It's amazing what an internship can bring out in an intern. Often, we are thrust into conditions which we find almost impossible to do as we are pushed to go out of our comfort zones, and in this case, I can definitely see it in you being the emcee for an event attended by 210 people, as you have mentioned. You must've mustered a lot of courage to be able to pull it off. Well done to you and hopefully this will be a much needed skill that you will slowly learn to embed so that it comes naturally, for your future career.
Good luck and all the best.
