Finishing up

Hi everyone,

I am so glad the internship is finishing up. And glad too that I produced good results for the publicity that I had done for my clients. I have received many praises and good reports for this, I do appreciate the opportunity to do this internship.

My 2nd last task was to do Media tracking for the publicity. I dint realise it could be so time-consuming! Partly because I do not have the neccessary equipments like a scanner that can scan proper color images. I had to scamble and look for one. And after that, made sure that the scanned image turned out good and was cropped properly and not crooked. Wow.. that took me a lot of time for just 2 article. And preparing the transcript for the radio was also .. just plain time consuming. A 10 min radio interview took me almost 2 hours to produce its transcript. i almost fainted. But i am glad its over and done with now.

Although I am coming to an end for my internship now, I still have a few loose ends to tie up. For example, a pitch to another dance group for their corporate publicity. Its interesting and I do hope that I will still be able to continue help them build their awareness. Indirectly, i am also building my portfolio for it.

My last task is to compile a debrief report and submit it to my director. Hopefully, I dont need to amend it too much! keep my fingers crossed.
