For the Past three months working for this PR agency, i've come to realise the significant importance of public relations in the various industries and practices. Taking the words of my boss, PR is not mere communication campaign and having articles filed and published, True PR is where Practitioners and technicians gather and strategise for the client (for Agencies/Firms), to teach the client of the importance of PR, to educate about the need of PR and the benefit PR will offer to their company. To draw a feasible strategy and a campaign to satisfy the needs of the client and to provide the communication tools to achieve this purpose.
Through these words, i stepped out on my Last day smiling and acknowledging the fact that PR indeed is a great world, For the better and the Worst.

very nice sign off post. Event though we didn't really have the life of freedom that we are used to as students during our internship somehow it was all worth it. When you look back and think about the contribution PR makes to the business world. I think PR can especially play an important role now, during the financial crisis. For instance, companies like AIG really need to get in touch with the people again and take responsibility for their action, and i believe there is no better way to do that then by using some PR strategies, like a low cost CSR campaign or speeches apologizing for what they did with the peoples money.
Anyways glad you had a good internship. good luck with the report
