My fourth week doing the internship was mainly holiday! It was the last week of December and I could not have been happier! There was not much to do and there were hardly any days that I have to come in the office!
Throughout the week, I did some translation for releases and I was asked to send e-mails to the headquarters in Singapore informing about the status in Jakarta. And I was also asked to call in clients, to set up meetings for my bosses so that they can talk further about partnership, and by clients, I meant media. Media's the client and media's always the king for a media relation personnel!
In the limited spare time that I had for that week, I spent more time doing the "proofs of advertisement and coverage", so that if anything goes wrong, or if Global TV has not been covered as promised, we can claim for our rights! I realized that there were so many left to do, I don't think that people has been keeping track of these proofs! And there were also some other files that were basically everywhere and I decided to rearrange the files and date them accordingly, thus making them easier to find, so that everyone could benefit from it.
And that was the end of the short fourth week! And I didn't need to come in to the office until 2009 :)
