Hi people, today is my 8th day working in BAG Networks as a PR assistant. So far, I've enjoyed the tasks that were given to me and the good thing is, i learned a lot from it!
For the past few days, I've been authorized as one of the committee for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity for the company, we contributed to plant 100 trees in conjunction with the World Environment Day as to support the sustainability of the environment for a better future generation. Apart from that, I was also responsible in preparing press releases for media coverage of the event. It was a fun activity in a tiring way in which i get to mingle with all the staffs of BAG Networks and get to know them well since in the office we do not have the time to do that due to piling works! Huhu.
So yeah, I am also currently working on the E-Newsletter and making reccomendations for effective ways of HR and employee communication, which basically I have to come up with some ideation proposals. Well, that's not the full stop of my tasks! *aaaaaaaaaaaaa*
I am also instructed to do an employee handbook for the company. It is basically a handbook for new joiners of the company, the purpose of the handbook is to lead the new joiners in knowing the company better and to prepare them on what to expect on their workforce in BAG Networks. But ofcourse, I have to start with designing and constructing the skeleton of the handbook by planning the table of contents of it, which is what I'm currently doing now. Me and the other HR team will be having a meeting this Friday, which for me it means PRESENTATION!!! =|
I guess I'll have to stop now since I have work to do. So I guess I'll update soon when I have more to share! =)
