Hello again!!
The past few weeks have been jam packed with events! The number of invites, faxes, press releases and phone calls we've had to make have been numerous! But it's all been real fun and I'm still suprised that I'm actually enjoying this!
And it's never a bad thing to admit that you don't know how to use a fax or printing machine! Those things are complex I say! But once you get the hang of it it's a piece of cake.
So anyway...we had the Polish Ambassador over last week for an exhibition called Decade of Solidarity. They were picture images depicting Poland's struggle for freedom. Interesting stuff!
After that we had a few Ministers over and just yesterday had a breaking fast event (for all the Muslims) at the university. And only today we had an Indonesian event also for breaking fast. Expected more media to show up but hey! They don't always do.
All in all it's been good. Can't complain. Will be posting more on the events that come up.
Oh one last thing, is it always hard making that call to the media when trying to get them to come to an event or is it just me?
