Change agents provide a link between the Change Management stream and the company through Business Process Owners, (Section Heads). They also work with the Change management consultant to identify new behaviours and liaising with section heads for their adoption.

Where does change start?

Simply become a leader where you are so that you can influence change. A leader him/herself is a change agent. But good leaders know that they must change, before changing others. Make changes in your professional life to accommodate the changes brought about by the projects and be ready to tell the good story that a change agent is.
