Hi mates! This is going to be my last post after the completion of my internship. I am so happy for Water Utilities Corporation because what I had with them during my time there was superb. There are some things we were always taught in class I did not come across during my internship, these include, media release and speeches. I am not in any way complaining that there are some things I did not do as these are timely things that during my time were not needed, however most things are did practically were new to me hence my pleasure that I came across them.
This internship developed me and made me look at Public Relations from a better perspective because now it was theory versus practical and its obvious that anyone would enjoy practical because here we see the work done we do not only listen.
I am so excited to graduate and go back to play a part in the development and growth of Public Relations in my country.
I wish all the best of luck to my colleagues who are still doing and to do their internship. Peace.

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your internship.Well it was a nice experience and you tend to act like a real practitioner not a student.As for me I was dealing with the media release each and every day because I was in a media company.My last week I was invited to do a speech in front of other staff about my experience as a pr intern which they promise to publicize it since they were impressed about my contribution to the company.
I definitely agree with you,theory versus practical and everyone mostly enjoyed practical because you do what you have been taught in class.
Evey one is waiting for that time of graduating and going back to work since most of us especially who were working at our country have been granted a place.
