It's all come to an end!!

I completed my final day at Christ Church Grammar School and as I had anticipated was sad to leave and already miss not knowing I will be going back there. The experience gave me a great insight into the day to day tasks and projects of a buzzing Public Relations department. Throughout my time I was given more and more things to do and I am proud to say I successfully completed each and everyone of them.  I was very happy to find out (on my last day) that my photos I took for one of my stories got chosen and put into a magazine which goes out to all schools in Western Australia.

At the beginning of this year when I knew Public Relations 393 was coming up I felt nervous and unsure about how I would go in the 'real world', in an actual office situation. However, as a result of this unit I now feel confident, comfortable and enthusiastic to go out into the workforce.

On my final day the team in the office had organised a farewell morning tea for me which was extremely kind and generous! They were all very nice throughout my professional placement and I am so grateful for it. I am so happy I chose to apply for Christ Church Grammar School as I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the school and have gained so much and will take this knowledge with me as I enter into my career.
