One week with 5 RJ Events Management Company, I learn and studying many thing about PR, my first experience with my job when i deal with client, how to understand and how to manage and give what client want. learn how to tackle client and talk nice to them, 5 RJ Event teach me how to make a budget after list down all what client need from use during their events. To being a PR person in organization i have to understanding the unique of our client's. We carry out a research before start deal with client. Mostly 5 RJ events reach for highest level in serving our clients and venture without hesitation to get the message across to the target market with our creativity find a way to develop new solution to communicate with the community.
5RJ Company we do the planning, organizing and coordination, company also provide with theme and ideas for our client, by send to our client proposal. Get the best food for our client, usually we will request food for our client and we leave decision for them to approve or change our menu or ideas. We will give them service and help them what they want, for some events we provide entertainment to our client, such as get a best goody bags for guest to bring home remember how much fun they had with us.
We provide Annual Dinner, Birthday party, Catering Services, Event Management, Event planners and Event Planning and Wedding Planner. My first event, I make a budget for AWC Engineering Company, their make seminar in house training and we provide food for them, now i understand not easy to think about food for me easy to handle this job but its not easy, we need t know who our guest and what kind of food they want. I need to balance all the menu and think a small matter because people will complain about the food, and i learn something from my job.....all complain i take as my challenge.....:)
