EXPERIENCE GAINED AS TIME GOES BY

hello interns... this week there wasn't much to do and it made me realise that i am about to finish my intenship something that i was not aware of because i am enjoying the PR industry that i forgot i have to go back to the university...... this week we had a regional ICC (Quality Control Circles) conventions its a strategy that the company adopted to encourage creativy and innovation on its clients and other businesses in the country. this strategy encourages clients and other businesses to create value improvements in an existing process or to implement a new process, product or services in a more creative and innovative manner, a concept that is highly encouraged by the prime minister so that the economy of the country can bloosom, with the ICC conventions which are held annually, my company gives awards to clients/businesses that have shown creativity and innovation thus putting into practice its mission of contributing significally towards the productivity and quality enhancement in sustaining the nations's competitiveness in the global economy, during the ICC Conventions the clients/businesses are given the chance to present their idea and also show results on their creative and innovative idea...my task for the day was the media, i was asked to do the media registering as well as to give the appreciation gifts, and this time around i was confident in my task compared to the first time when i handled the media... i answered the questions the media asked about the event because in all the events that i have been tasked to, the media will still ask what the event is about and the reason eventhough they have the brieffings prepared for them in their gift bag, so i learnt to be patient and confident and still answer even when the information is already prepared for the media because having a good media relations is very vital for the organisation/company, so i never decline to comment or answer a question asked by the media something that i learnt from the university and i put into practice all the time when i am tasked to do the media registering....
