My Last Day

Hi GUYS!!!

This is my 6th week of my placement at Go International group, which is both exciting at the same time sad as I had already created a solid bond with my workmates. Working with Go International has actually helped me to understand and have the knowledge of what Public Relations is all about, which I am very grateful for as I now know what is expected in the working industry.

When I look back to what I had learnt at UNI, I managed to apply the theory into practise more especially PR 250(media) which was all about media relations. It has actually helped me to keep track in terms of media contacts, media relations and media monitoring, at the same time gaining better understanding of what GO international is all about. I have learnt how to write a media monitoring report based on the requirements of the company which I realised that different companies have different ways of presenting their work to the public's. It's not all about the formats but rather the content *Interesting*.

Having to say this, I would say that I am satisfied with working with the GO team, very much thankful for all the knowledge and experiences they have shared with me. Now I can confidently say that I am ready for the business world lol.

Thank you to all those who have read my Blogs and commented.

To all those who are still doing their internship * Enjoy your placement*

With Love

Thanx for the time u spent with us Botsalo.. we are going to miss you! :(, but I am happy that you are ready to face the work industry.

When media relations was introduced to us in PR techniques, I thought it is just nothing. I learned through my placement that it is very important.

Till we meet again gal.. bye for now!

Work is fun right! Well done Botsalo and I hope you have learned a lot during the placement.

You are right Molly in PR techniques we used to do media clippings every week, I didn't realize the importance of it then, but now I understand why we were taught to do media clipping, monitoring, Question and answer section which I believe most of us didn't like that time.

Well done dear, we are going to miss you
