This weekend i will conduct big event about Mega sales in Malaysia will be launch at 24 July 2010 until 16 September 2010, coming events will link together with Malaysian Tourism. Events will be attend Minister of Communication and Culture, YB Dato' Seri Utama Dr.Rais Yatim. In Five RJ Events, we involved with design the from the top, we needs to design back drop, back stage and stage for modeling to make fashion show, beside that we have to find PA system for Mega Sale Events. we should know where to place lighting and audio system.
An event is something that 'happen' not just 'exists' and here is the biggest issue somebody has to make it happen. I believe that successful event only will come about through action some individual or group getting things done. every single thing that happen has to made to happen by some one initialing tile action. one of the key step to identify all the tasks which has to be accomplished and all of them have to be carried out of suspenseful events of occur.
the important of event i believe its very important for event organizer, every events is a major signification or they wont be there. properly done, events can be a great thrill, but poorly done they can be an unpleasant experience for all concerned.
to make a good events I learn key step to successful events:-
step 1 ask the initial event questions
step 2 clarify and establish the event aims and objectives.
step 3 carry out a feasibility study and evaluate the results, produce a written report and outline brief necessary.
step 4 establish planning and implementation methodologies a time schedule
step 5 launch events to public area.
step 6 achieve pre -events preparation.
step 7 publicist event
step 8 carry out event as per plan and strategy
step 9 review and evaluate the events after completion and finalize accounts.
step10 prepare details report .
from that i learn how to work with people conduct event and i feel so happy can became a part of them.........

its so good so see that you are nejoying yourself as well as feeling like part of the team which i beleive is one IMPORTANT step in coming ut with ideas for such events without the fear that you will be wrong...one of the reasons why intenship is vital and fun is because we get the chance to do other things that at university we didnt think of as part of PR because i beleive eventhough we are taught well at university we needed this exposure to open our eyes to what PR work is out of the university like i see now you were talkin about placing lights which one might take as part of someone doing film and television, so you are geeting exposure to everything at the same time so when you finish intenship you will have alot on your plate..one exciting thing about being in a PR industry is that you get to meet different important people, i alos have met different people and business owners that i only saw on television but now we work together and thus equpting you with the relations skills that will come handy when we start permanately on the industry....
