I had learnt numerous things during my invaluable experience at Citigate Dewe Rogerson.

The most surprising thing to me is that that public relations theory, relates largely to the real world of PR.

For instance, confidentiality is crucial in the practice of public relations. My supervisor had always placed high emphasis on keeping client information within the walls of the consultancy in order to protect their interests.

I had also learnt that being ethical and objective is crucial in public relations in order to maintain credibility in the profession and, industry.
