For this week, since we reopned from the holidays, i started on Wednesday and there was not that much to do but to assist clients who came for some help, to answer calls, take some messages and just act as skeletal staff(a few staff members left in the office, while the rest of management and most of the staff is on leave).
Helped push the GPO(Government Purchasing Order) work on the 2011 calenders, and 2011 events calenders, as the year has already begun, as i learned that plan is very important and it helps to focus and know what to do . Produce a newsletter to let the whole Division knows the Organisation;s new year resolution, if there are new things, then include.
