first day in at NBTS Botswana

ok fistly NBTS stands for National Blood Transfusion Services Botswana. from the name u can tell what they all about. i would say i had gained experience a lot. my first day i was confused did not know what to do i did not know how to apply what i learn in class to what they do. But i could tell they needed me by looking at the brooches and posters hanging on the walls.
