Throughout the organization of this conference, I have learnt and enhance so many skills relevant to my future. Website design, event management, people management, problem solving, solving disputes and maintaining one's focus despite anxiety and stress. All in all it has made me a stronger person today, and I am driven to get the job done and to get it done right.
I am thankful that my supervisor agreed to hand this project to me, it has and continues to be a learning experience, and one that I am sure I will benefit a huge deal from.

An early congratulations to you, Vinodh! The second time and still going strong, it's already starting to look really good! I am really looking forward to the BYLC this year, and by the looks of it, you are aiming to make it bigger and better. It would be great if you are able to share with us some of your experiences from organizing this event, I'm pretty sure that there is an entire roller-coaster of ups and downs. Anyways, good job and keep it up!
