Good morning,
My second week as an intern started on the 6th of July 2015. In this week, as i was already assigned in the committee, we held a meeting on the upcoming courses and training of staffs of the Organization. Present at the meeting was Chairman, the Secretary and members of the board. The topic was the 'Environmental Audit Program Remediation'.
In this meeting held we Identified the Objective of this meeting which was to plan and structure trainings and courses to be held, budgeting and cost of the proposed agenda. We also went ahead with defining the goals and objectives of this project, decided locations of which activities will take place and also identifying the stakeholders that will be involved in this exercise.
For each of the trainings and courses the staffs will be sent to, we established means of verification, measurable indicators and important assumptions. We outlined estimated budget for the training expenses, venues of these training, estimated number of participants and lastly organize a study tour participants involved.
