As i reached Bangalore, i accommodated at my friend's place,and joined the state office at, Richmond circle, Mission Road Bangalore. At the state office i was assisted by Ms. Sona , the HR manager at the state office. Before i went on with my survey, a very important task was preparing the questionnaire. With assistance from Ms. Sona, I prepared a questionnaire with around 10 questions that would help me with the findings of the survey.By my third week i was busy distributing questionnaires and collecting data. After collecting enough data at state office mission road, i moved to the second office in Bangalore at Cunningham road. There I was .guided by Mr. B. K. Singh, deputy general manager, operations, Karanataka state offic. Ms. Geetha Ramani and Mr. M. V. Kishore, officers, assisted me in the data collection.
After state offices in Bangalore the most interesting part of my internship came when i had to make a trip to an oil terminal to continue my survey there. I went to the Devenagonthi Oil terminal, a 90 minutes drive from the Bangalore city to conduct my survey. It was a great experience for me as i had not seen much of a terminal before and things looked very different from the state offices that i had been visiting till now. Shown above are some pictures i took at the terminal. The staff was not very comfortable coming in front of the camera, therefore its all location pictures.
