This internship is part of my role as a management team member in cbsplus. cbsplus is Curtin Business School's unique professional development program and I'm sure some of you must have seen it in Building 407. Since this is my first blog entry, I won't discuss much on the work that my team and I have done so far. A lot happend for the past 2 months and I can't wait to enlighten you with the details.
My internship does not have working hours. Compared to my previous internship with J. Walter Thompson which I went through during the winter break, I had to commit 9-6pm office hours for 5 days a week. My current internship pretty much takes place during my cbsplus office duty hours and when my supervisors calls my team and I for meetings. Most of our research and work takes place at home. It really depends on where we feel comfortable working. My supervisors Kay Shing Fung and Tim Kelley welcomes us to work in their office at engineering building.
Like I said earlier, I won't go into details about my internship details now. However, I am happy to announce that the event that we've been planning for this year is no longer called the 'iNexus Robotics National Championships'. It is now a new and bigger event called the
'Curtin Robofair 2010'.
More on updates Curtin Robofair coming to you soon!
