How is everyone? busy with the final report? Well i am too and I also had the opportunity to go around South Perth today to look for locations to place the poster for the milestone celebration event next week!
I had first gone to the Learning Center to collect the posters and also my tag that states i am a volunteer with the center. I then started driving around to locations that I had come up with a few weeks ago to place the posters.
The lesson that I learned here is interaction with the public. I had to go into each location and convince them about the event and to allow me to put up the posters at the premises. Some were easy and of course some were difficult.
I even got rejected at a few places because it was against the loacation's policies. So I then quickly came up with an alternative and drove around Como to look for suitable places. I was lucky enough to find a location that was very helpful to me. The lesson that i learned here was definitely quick thinking and decision making.
