RETAINING TALENTS

Hello guys I am back again and this time I want to share with you the importance of acknowledging employees in a way that builds loyalty. I hope you will agree with me that employees are the backbone of the organization, without employees, the boss alone cannot handle all the workloads of PR.

So it is important to retain talents because turnover is a perennial problem, even in the midst of a global economic downturn. One of the most critical issues facing organizations today is how to retain the employees they want to keep. The top management should make sure that they keep their most talented people committed, loyal and motivated. Top talent remains loyal when they believe there are chances for professional growth and challenge. Leaders should invest more time planning for these growth opportunities.

Employees might identify cross-functional team projects where their talent can effectively network and work with different teams. The rest of the staff must be of appropriate size, talent and structure. To build a competent organization requires staff training and sometimes, the employment of outside consultants

Retaining talents is holding down turnover. Employees serious about holding turnover should pay close attention to satisfaction and dissatisfaction level of their employees over stress, pay, promotional opportunities career development opportunities and work/life balance. One-way to do this, regular employee climate survey should be conducted.

Nothing motivates employees more than positive recognition for one's achievements and contributions. Even me as an intern, I made me happy every time my supervisor congratulates me for a nice work done. Generous recognition sets the tone in any environment. It reinforces the cultural values and even the purpose of the company. The company can take advantages of every meeting by recognizing successes.

Thank you for reading guys J
